Who is Rachel B?

​Based in Newport News, Virginia, Rachel Bevins is an experienced educator, consultant, and community advocate who specializes in working with neurodiverse individuals and the people who support them. With a background in language education, performing arts, and inclusive program development, Rachel brings a deeply human and culturally informed approach to every space she enters—be it a classroom, workshop, or consulting session.

A Passion for Possibility

Rachel’s professional journey spans over two decades, beginning as a teacher of world languages and evolving into roles as a workshop facilitator, community organizer, and artistic director of a folk dance troupe focused on outreach and cross-cultural understanding. Today, she combines this rich background with her lived experience as a neurodiversity advocate and parent of two wonderful children with special needs.
